About Al

Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Allie Domingues Burbrink. I was born and raised in the sweet, southern city of Mandeville, Louisiana. After attending high school at Saint Scholastica Academy in Covington, LA, I then went on to Louisiana State University, where graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. Geaux Tigers.

A few years ago, I was in a dusty bar with my best friend when I locked eyes with the talented, dreamy signer of the band on stage. I fell instantly in love, and we haven't been apart since. We got married in May, and I've loved being a newly wed and his wife. I want to dedicated a portion of this blog to my biggest supporter, my Sweet Benny.

The best way I can describe myself is passionately eclectic.

I have eclectic thoughts and a variety of interests. I have so many things that I love and are interested in. These include fashion, my cat Edie, nail polish of all colors, butterfly kisses, regular kisses, mother nature, kind strangers, doodling and painting, sandy white beaches, music and movies, yoga, art, animals, the olsen twins, adventures, hot baths, sushi, learning new things, discovering new things, sewing, crawfish and oyster seasons, Pimms cups and Old Fashioneds, street cars in New Orleans and books.

I also do a lot of thinking, creating any and all types of new ideas. This blog is dedicated to all of my ideas, passions and interests.

I currently reside in Uptown New Orleans with Ben and Edie, where I work as a liquor and wine Sales Rep in the French Quarter.
